Shipping Policies
SMA Skincare and (USPS / UPS) at times are experiencing delays on shipping and delivering. Please stay updated by using your order tracking number to check for the date that your order is expected to arrive. Once a package is picked up from SMA skincare the transit is now in the hands of USPS or UPS and we have no control as to the delivery date. For the most part delivery has been timely and steady. There are no cancellations once an order has been processed. We ship Monday-Friday between the hours of 9 am - noon. Allow 7 business days for your order to arrive. Remember that all of our products are handmade in small batches, made fresh as they are ordered. If items arrive damaged/broken, please send photo of damaged/broken item/s to septemmundi@gmail.com with your name and any other information regarding order. You have a 24 hour window from arrival date to make claim for damaged/broken items. Septem Mundi is not responsible for any lost, stolen or undelivered items that are sent back to sender, meaning and also including delivered packages, so please provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. This is to make sure that you are not sensitive to any of the ingredients in our products. If you experience any adverse reactions while using please discontinue use.
Returns/Exchange
The goal is for us to help you find a product that will work for you and a product that you will be satisfied with long term. If you do have to return a product, it must be at least half full and it must be received by us within 30 days of purchase. We do not do exchanges. Cancellations are not allowed once an order has been processed.
